How we handle your data in founder beta.

Overview

KORTEX (kortex-os.site) is an AI media operating system in founder beta. This privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact info you submit via the pilot form: name, work email, company, and message. Formspree processes the submission and forwards it to KORTEX.
Technical logs: IP, user-agent, basic analytics (no third-party trackers in beta).
Content you provide for pilot onboarding (YouTube links, docs) — only after explicit pilot agreement.

How we use it

To evaluate pilot applications and reply from hello@kortex-os.site.
To operate an agreed pilot. Approved pilot content may be processed by the OpenAI API, transcription tools, and KORTEX hosted infrastructure.
We do not sell application or pilot data.

Storage

Application data is processed by Formspree and may be retained by KORTEX for up to 12 months unless you request deletion. Pilot content storage and retention are defined before onboarding. Azure migration is on the product roadmap; Azure is not the current application-form processor.

Your rights

Email hello@kortex-os.site to request access, correction, or deletion. We respond within 30 days.
