These Terms govern access to KORTEX OS websites, demos and services. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
KORTEX provides AI-assisted content operations and related software. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, reservation or guarantee of availability. Any paid services, scope, fees and delivery terms will be agreed separately in writing.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to process it. We may process content only to provide, secure and improve the services agreed with you.
AI-generated output may contain errors and must be reviewed before publication. You are responsible for final editorial, legal and regulatory review of content and for your publishing decisions.
The site and early-access materials are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, KORTEX disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
